How can I make copies of individual pages in a document?
You can drag pages from one document into another in Thumbnails view (View € Thumbnails).
1. With the first document (source document) active, choose Thumbnails from the View menu.
2. Resize the document window so it takes up half your screen. (To resize the document window, click and drag the resize box in the lower right corner.)
3. Open the document you want to be the target document or create a new one. Make sure the Page Size in the target document is equal to or larger than the Page Size in the source document.
4. With the second document (target document) active, select Thumbnails from the View menu.
5. Resize the second document window and position it so you can see both documents side by side.
6. Using the Item tool, click on the page you want to copy. You can select multiple nonsequential pages by holding down the Command key and clicking on the pages you want to copy; you can select a range of pages by clicking on the first page and Shift-clicking on the last page.
7. Drag the pages from the source document to the target document. If the pages are repelled and bounce back to the source document, make sure that both documents are displayed in Thumbnails view. You cannot copy pages from a facing-page document to a single-sided document.
